For a stay of min. 4 nights, a deposit of 150€ in cash or by credit card must be paid to the accommodation.
In case of excessive soiling of the accommodation, we reserve the right to charge a special cleaning fee of up to 200,00€ (net).
In case of damage to the accommodation due to insufficient airing, the guest is liable for the settlement of damages.
In case of non-daily airing, the landlord is free to enter the holiday flat at any time in order to air it.
